Who Can Apply to Receive Benefits
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or who recently had a baby
- Infants from birth to 1 year of age
- Children from 1 year of age to their 5th birthday

Eligibility for Higher Income Families
Families with incomes higher than the incomes listed above may still qualify for WIC if a family member is enrolled in 1 or more of the following programs:
- Food stamps
- Fuel assistance
- Head Start (Free/Reduced Price School Lunch)
- Medical Assistance (MA)
- MFIP
- Minnesota Care
- SSI Applicants on TEFRA
