Administrator's Office
The County Administrator is the chief executive officer for Nicollet County, responsible for county operations and expenditures, future development, and implementing decisions of the County Board.

The Administrative Services Division provides the core functions needed to operate county business and protect its assets.

Brown-Nicollet Environmental Health
Brown-Nicollet Environmental Health provides licenses, education, and regulatory services to establishments in Brown, Nicollet, Cottonwood, and Watonwan Counties.

The County Board of Commissioners is responsible for establishing overall goals and future direction for the county.

Criminal Justice Services
The Criminal Justice Division provides legal representation, law enforcement services and emergency response.

Health & Human Services
The mission of Nicollet County Human Services is to provide Nicollet County residents essential government services efficiently and ethically, directed towards an acceptable quality of life.

Property & Public Services
The Property and Public Services Division is comprised of three main service departments relating to taxation, land use, assessment, elections, ditches, land records and the License Center. Separate Agencies in this division include U of M Extension Office, Soil & Water Conservation District and Tri-County Solid Waste.

Public Works
Public Works is responsible for the maintenance of 306 miles of roads and right-of-way, enforcement of noxious weeds and maintaining the County's drainage systems, parks and trails.
