Reporting to the Jail When to Report
You are expected to report at the time listed on your sentencing order. If you have misplaced your order you may contact Court Administration at (507) 934-0380.
You are expected to report to jail on time and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you fail to report on time or if you are under the influence, court will be notified for possible charges and work release privileges will be revoked.
When reporting to jail you should bring the following:
Your court sentencing order.
$10.00 to pay your booking fee.
Any current prescription medications you are taking, in their original containers.
Up to seven pair of socks and underwear and two bras (no underwire).
Additional money if you choose to purchase phone cards or other items from commissary.
Additional items that may be brought:
Shampoo & conditioner - must be in clear containers.
New and in their original package - tube toothpaste, toothbrush, stick deodorant, bar soap, chapstick, plastic brush or comb, and contact solution.
T-shirts or sweatsirts to wear underneath your jail uniform (may not have hoods, zippers, snaps, strings, buttons, or logos).

Jewelry - All jewelry will be removed and stored until your release. The jail assumes no responsiblity for the loss of any jewelry. Huber inmates will be allowed to keep their wristwatch on them while they are employed.
Cell phones - You will not be allowed acces to your cell phone. If you need a phone number from your phone write it down prior to reporting to jail.
Books and Magazines - The jail has a library with books, magazines and newspapers. Inmates are allowed access to the library once per day. You may bring in your personal bible but the jail assumes no responsiblity for any damage or theft (bibles are available in the library).
Phone Cards - The jail utilizes the Reliance Phone System and only phone cards purchased from Reliance will work on the system. Phone cards may be purchased through the Jail or over the internet.
