Nicollet County Property Services is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of programs designed to protect the county’s various land and natural resources. Programs include:

Property Services follows local, state, and federal guidelines to promote, improve, and maintain a great quality of life for our residents and the public at large. Including:

  • Protecting and preserving agricultural land
  • Protecting public health, safety, and general welfare
  • Providing for compatibility of various land uses
  • Regulation of appropriate uses of land
